Letting agency, Buttercross Estates, Newark, kick-starts expansion plans and search for apprentice

A letting agency Buttercross Estates has kick-started its expansion plans with a move to a bigger office and the search for an apprentice.

The team moved into their new office at Newark Beacon, off Beacon Hill Road, Newark, and a new apprentice will be joining the team soon.

Daniel Otton, managing director at Buttercross Estates, said: “We have got big plans for the coming year and the move to the larger office at the Beacon is the first step.

“Now we have the room to grow, we will be able to build our team and host events on our own turf.

“I’m really looking forward to bringing an apprentice onboard. I started my working life as an apprentice and found it a great alternative to traditional education. This addition to our team will enable us to take on more managed properties.”

Daniel and portfolio manager Abi Friar are also planning to host a landlord event, which is due to take place at Newark Beacon in November, and Buttercross will also donate £1 for every visitor that comes through their doors over the next month.

All the proceeds will go to Newark Emmaus Trust.
