Man charged with firearms offences

A man has been charged with firearms offences following a planned police operation.

Mr Nathan Rochester, 25, of Shelford Road, Radcliffe-on-Trent, was due to appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court this afternoon (Monday).

He has been charged with possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition.

Armed officers searched a house in Shelford Road on Saturday and arrested four people.

Three people have since been bailed.
