Man in a fedora with a big bushy moustache sought over theft from charity shop

Officers would like to speak with this fedora-wearing suspected thief who is pictured carrying a handbag.

The man, who has a big bushy moustache, is suspected of stealing bags of clothes left on the doorstep of the Children's Society charity shop on Middlegate, Newark, at around 8.40pm on the night of March 15.

He is described as white and in his mid-40s. Aside from his black fedora hat, he was also wearing a black jacket and grey/black trousers and black shoes.

He was carrying a green holdall and a black handbag.

Anyone who recognises the man or thinks they can help in any way is asked to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting 16000059782 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
