Motorcyclists have the opportunity to talk about issues affecting them on the county’s roads at the next Nottinghamshire Motorcyclist Forum on Tuesday, July 16.

The Forum, which takes place at 7.30pm at Newark Fire Station, on Boundary Road, will give motorcyclists the opportunity to discuss relevant topics with other riders.

Officers from Nottinghamshire County Council’s highways safety team will be at the meeting to answer any member questions raised on the night.

Nottinghamshire Motorcyclists Forum is run by the county council as a public consultation exercise with local riders.

Motorcycle rider groups such as BMF, MAG and the IAM are also regular attendees at the meetings. Similar Forums have proved popular and effective elsewhere in the UK.
