Strong winds expected on Wednesday

Strong winds have been forecast for the Advertiser region, on Wednesday.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning, which is in effect between 9am on Wednesday and 7am the following day.

Gusts of 50mph are expected, accompanied by rain, sometimes heavy.

Motorists have been warned to expect possible disruption to travel.
