A horse exercise arena is among the latest planning applications.

Balderton: Change of use from utility/office space to home nail salon (retrospective) at 21 Mead Way, by Amanda Rushby.

Caunton: Oak-framed front porch, at White Cottage, Mill Lane, by Mr and Mrs J. MacIntyre.
