Station Road, Bleasby, closed for three days for Severn Trent Water work




A village’s main access road is to be closed for three days for a water company to carry out work.

It is due to be closed to vehicles from 8am today, Wednesday, January 17, to 5pm Friday, January 19, affecting a stretch of the road just North of the level crossing.

The closure is in place for Severn Trent Water to carry out new water connection works.

The footpaths will not be closed and emergency access will be maintained.

Drivers will be diverted via Bleasby Road (Goverton and Thurgatron), Southwell Road, Nottingham Road (Halloughton and Southwell), Westgate, Church Street, Fiskerton Road, Spring Hill, Fiskerton Road (Brinkley), Station Road (Fiskerton), Main Street, Gypsy Lane, Main Street and vice versa.
