About a dozen Christmas trees have been decorated for a festival in a village church, which will continue until January 6.

The event in St Andrew’s Church, Caunton, involves contributions from many organisations, including the primary school and Young Farmers’ Club.

The largest tree has been decorated by church members.

Churchwarden Irene Crossley said each tree had been decorated on a theme to reflect the organisation behind it and as a result the church looked lovely.

There is no charge for admission to see the display but donations are welcome.
