Two seriously injured after A17 crash

Two people were seriously injured after a crash on the A17.

Two cars crashed at the Beckingham turn-off on Saturday morning.

It was reported to police at 10.10am.

A man and a teenage woman were both seriously injured.

Fire crews used holmatro cutting gear, hydraulic rams and small tools to release one person.

The road was closed for several hours, and not re-opened until 3.20pm.
