Schools and businesses across the Advertiser area donned their red noses on Friday to help raise money for Comic Relief 2021.
Although coronavirus restrictions meant all the usual fundraising events didn’t go ahead, there was still plenty of fun to be had.
For example, children at Bleasby Church of England Primary School were wearing red or dressed as a superhero.
The school had a Comic Relief-themed virtual assembly on Friday morning where head Samuel Mensah entertained the children with a few jokes before sharing a video highlighting some of the important work that benefits from Comic Relief.
Nationally, Comic Relief 2021 has so far raised more than £50m.
