Bottom of table after third loss

Andrew Staszkiewicz’s high-scoring innings failed to prevent Caythorpe 2nds falling to their 3rd straight defeat to leave them bottom of the Bassetlaw League's Championship.

Staszkiewicz scored 71 of Caythorpe’s 168 total, but opponents Glapwell won by seven wickets.

Farnsfield were on 29 for one when their match against Clipstone was stopped because of the rain.

Division Two and Three

VICTIMS of the weather were Milton’s match against Farnsfield 2nds in Division Two and Edwinstowe 2nds’ trip to Wadworth in Division Three.

Division Six

James Singleton’s three for 22 wasn’t enough for Ollerton as they lost to Farnsfield 3rds.

Graeme Lake scored 32 as Ollerton were all out for 73. Singleton’s effort put Farnsfield under pressure, but the visitors reached 74 with three wickets to spare.

Division Eight

James Wiffen’s all-round performance helped Milton 3rds beat Cuckney 4ths by 35 runs. He scored 53 towards Milton’s 118 for seven and took three wickets for three runs as Cuckney were out for 83.
