Celebrating 30 years of touring Newark’s Steve Steinman is bringing Anything For Love – The Meat Loaf Story - It’s all About the Music! to Newark’s Palace Theatre.
Following his 2022 sell-out tour, Steinman is bringing his new production featuring more thab 25 of Meat Loaf and Jim Steinman’s greatest hits to the venue on Saturday (June 17).
They are performed with an incredible stage set and ten-piece live band, combined with Steve’s well known sense of humour and stage presence.
The songs include Anything For Love, Bat Out Of Hell, Paradise By The Dashboard Light, Took The Words Right Out Of My Mouth, Two Out of Three Ain’t Bad, Dead Ringer For Love, Total Eclipse Of The Heart, and many more.
On Wednesday (June 21) there is the chance to explore the Psychology Of Serial Killers.
Join expert forensics lecturer Jennifer Rees to explore one of forensic psychology’s most troubling topics.
During this talk, she will explain how serial killers are classified, the differences between them, and also debunk common serial killer myths .
The talk is for over-14s only.
Then, it is back to the music on Friday, June 23, with Frankie – The Concert.
This show celebrates the outstanding career of one of the biggest pop acts in the world, Frankie Valli, recreating the powerful falsetto of the Sixties and Seventies icon with perfection.
It is a chance to experience the energy and stunning vocals of songs such as Can’t Take My Eyes Off You, Walk Like a Man, Sherry, Big Girls Don’t Cry, Oh, What a Night and many more.
