Norwell gardens to open to public for National Gardens Scheme on Wednesday evening (June 28)

A host of village gardens will open to the public for the evening to raise money for good causes.

It is the 27th year that Norwell has opened up a range of different gardens for the National Garden Scheme.

Five village gardens, showing the diversity that is achieved under the umbrella of a cottage garden description, will be open from 6.30pm to 9.30pm on Wednesday (June 28).

In addition, a garden and plant nursery of national renown is also open, together with the beautiful medieval church and its peaceful churchyard with grass labyrinth.

There is wheelchair access, plants for sale, parking, and refreshments.

The National Garden Scheme raises millions of pounds for nursing and health charities every year, including Hospice UK, Carers Trust and The Queen’s Nursing Institute.
