COURT LISTINGS: Female custodial officer, 23, from Worksop formed relationship with prisoner at HMP Lowdham Grange

A FEMALE custodial officer formed a relationship with a prisoner and passed on information that compromised the security of the jail, a court was told.
Millie Davis, of Worksop, appeared at Nottingham Crown Court to be sentenced after admitting the offence, which was committed over five months at HMP Lowdham Grange.
The 23-year-old was spared jail and sentenced to 12 months imprisonment, suspended for two years.
In addition, she was ordered to pay costs of £140.
A THIEF who stole from Morrisons in Newark was jailed for 12 weeks.
Alistair Paterson, 34, took two bottles of Southern Comfort, valued at a combined total of £77.50, and was jailed because of his previous record.
In addition to theft, Paterson, of Deepdale Road, Nettleham, also pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour in The Arcade, Newark.
Both offences were committed on the same day — March 3.
Magistrates ordered him to pay £122 costs.
A DRIVER who was more than twice the legal limit was disqualified for 42 months at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court and fined £340.
Thomas Mountain, 27, of Sycamore Close, Radcliffe, had 84mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35.
He pleaded guilty to drink-driving.
Mountain had costs of £119 awarded against him.
