Another ice warning issued for this evening and Thursday morning

Icy conditions have been forecast for this evening and overnight into Thursday morning, with motorists, cyclists and pedestrians being urged to take extra care.

The latest Met office yellow weather warning comes into effect at 4pm and lasts until 11am tomorrow.

It said there were likely to be icy stretches on untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths.

Wintry showers may also spread from the west.
