David Wilson Homes’ Romans’ Quarter homeowners in Bingham have Christmas get-together at meet-the-neighbours event
Homeowners united for a Christmas get-together at a meet-the-neighbours event.
People who own houses at the David Wilson Homes’ Romans’ Quarter development in Bingham gathered for the festive occasion.
It was hosted by the on-site sales advisers, Paige and Claire, in a bid to develop the community and encourage residents to get to know one another over a cup of tea, a mince pie and a sing-along.
A total of 28 new residents have been welcomed to the Dunsmore Avenue development since its launch and David Wilson Homes saw the event as a chance for the community to become better acquainted.
Those who went had festive treats, refreshments and carol singing, with each receiving a Santa hat to take home with them.
Rachael Harrison, sales director, said: “The sales advisers decided to arrange the event so all the new residents could meet their neighbours and get to know one another.
“With the festive season approaching, we thought it would be the perfect time to bring residents together in an open celebration and it seemed like everyone had a really great time.
"New developments like this are not just about the houses, but also building new communities that residents can enjoy being a part of, and this is exactly what we’ve worked to introduce here at Romans’ Quarter.”
